• This information would be listed in the purchase details from the buyer.

• Sellers can request contact information from them, for example email or telephone numbers.

How do I Change My Auction Description or Category?

• First select edit in the auction. 2^nd Edit content of the auction.

Can I Add a Description to My Auctions?

• Descriptions can be inserted when listing an auction on the site or when editing an item after you have listed it.

Could I Add a Photo To My Auction?

• Photos can be added when listing a new auction .

How much does it cost to add a photo to my auction?

• All photos are free.

Can I upload Supporting Media Files

• Yes you can upload supporting media files like Image and movie files of type .avi/.mpeg/.mov only.

How much does it cost to add a Media File to my auction?

• All media are free.

How do I rent an item?

• The Buyers and Sellers must agree on the amount of money and the length of time the item would be rented. If an agreed time for return is not decided between Sellers and Buyers, then the good must be returned within 24 hours after the due date (depending on the distance this would vary to suit the posting delivery time).

How do I swap/barter option?

• Is the exchange of one good for another good without using any money as payment, for example exchanging a Nintendo game system for a pair of shoes. Items that clients wish to barter/swap can be in both new and old condition. Buyers and sellers must arrive at an agreeable decision before the trade is completed. After barter/swap and delivery of item is completed please leave positive feedback indicating that the transaction was successful.

What is Private Auction ?

• Selecting Private Auction will hide Bidder identity on Item Details page.

What are Bid Increments?

• Each time a buyer places the auction price increases by an increment value.

How do I add Bid Increments to my auctions?

• When listing an auction there will be a button/tab asking you if you wish to use the system increment value or customize your own value.

How do I Check On My Account?

• You can check your account by signing into members sign in area.

• Click on the members tab/button/link and view your membership.

What is a Home featured auction?

• A Home featured auction is an auction that is displayed on the home page.

How long is the feature auction displayed on the homepage?

• Feature auctions are displayed on the homepage for the length of your auction listings. Every one minute Feature auctions are rotated on the home page.

What is a Category featured auction?

• A category feature is a feature that allows sellers to list their auctions at the top of each category. It allows buyers to see the auction first in the category.

How do I know when an auction has ended?

• Go to members area and click on the tab/link that says "closed auctions".

What is a Dutch auction?

• An auction which has multiple items up for bidding.

What are the consequence of breaking the Rules?

• If a Buyer/Seller is caught breaking the rules there account would be suspended until administration removes the suspension

How can I get my seller account reinstated?

• Please send us an email to verify why your account was suspended. We will then provide you will the following steps to reinstate your account.

How many items do I get in a store?

• You could list with bar code this would let buyers know you product is legit .

• Categories are listed on the left hand side on the sites home page.

• Other items are welcome once they fall within the legal range.

What is a Private Auction?

• An auction that isn’t open to the general community only specific buyers.

Can I advise potential buyers I am away on holiday?

• Yes

• Place the information in you auctions to let people know you will be on vocation. Please provide seller with the expected day the item will be shipped.

Can I change my postage address for all my live auctions?

• Yes.

• Auctions could start at anytime. please use the custom tabs in the form to adjust the time and date you would like the auction to start.

How will I know if a seller is safe and trustworthy?

• Please look at the reputation the seller has before deciding whether or not you should bid on the item. The reputation of the seller will be indicated next to his username in numbers. Each time a seller gets a good or negative feedback from previous customers. The sellers reputation will increase or decrease depending on his customer satisfaction.
